The extent of COVID 19 pandemic results in closing down the universities and colleges across world. most vulnerable tuition-dependent institutions, particularly ones already facing demographically driven declines demand, will be hardest hit by pandemic. online teaching learning assessment at this time becomes a crucial part education.
